Democratic vice presidential candidate Joe Biden is scheduled to be in Iowa on Monday to talk about the nation's economy.It will be the Delaware senator's first visit to the state since the Iowa caucuses in January and the first since becoming Barack Obama's running mate.The Obama campaign announced the trip on Thursday, saying Biden will hold an event in Des Moines.
